Currently, Spirit of Kings offers deliveries around the world.

The order may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes, Spirit of Kings is not responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination countries. The Client will be responsible for the payment of said import duties and taxes. Spirit of Kings has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, the customer is obliged by local laws to obtain a special autorization to import.

UK DELIVERY: from January 1st 2021 all orders to the UK must go through customs declarations. This may lead to additional costs which have to be paid upon delivery.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The supplier reserves 24 business hours to manage orders and, in any case, orders will be attended from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 14.00. Spanish time zone. The customer will be provided with the tracking number for each order at the time of shipment. The package will be delivered to the address indicated on the box in the dedicated field. In the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, a note will be left to the customer. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order is collected. International returns are at the customer’s expense and responsibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
